Butterfly Ritual/Tarot Mat - Filet Crochet Pattern
Digital Download PDF
$2.00
Fantasy inspired butterfly wings adding a little extra whimsy to your everyday practice/tarot readings. Perfect for placemats, wall hangings, or gifts, this easy-to-follow PDF pattern is suitable for both beginners and experienced crocheters. The body of the butterfly makes for a sturdy place to set a candle and the dips created by the filet crochet patterns help keep those pesky circular crytals from running away.
The symbolism can be a nice boost if you work with fairies or have a particular affinity for butterflies and their close relationship to change and evolution.
The project pictured came out to ~28 x 19 inches, I used a 3.75mm crochet hook with a size 2 yarn.
Pattern is in English with US notation.
Contains a row by row breakdown of solid/open blocks.
